Rigid Foam Polyether Polyol QHP-1050
Using sucrose and propylene glycol as initiator, QHP-1050 is a polyether polyol for rigid foam, it has good compatibility with foaming agents such as 141B/245fa. It is widely used in production of solar heater, wall and pipeline insulation, refrigerator, freezer, sandwich panels, wood imitation for frames etc.

Rigid Foam Polyether Polyol QHP-4110E
Using sucrose and propylene glycol as initiator, QHP-4110E is a polyether polyol for rigid foam, it has good compatibility with foaming agents such as 141B/245fa. It is widely used in production for wall insulation, pipeline insulation and roofing insulation, sandwich panels, spray etc.

Rigid Foam Polyether Polyol QHP-8350
Using sucrose and triatomic alcohol as initiator, QHP-8350 is a polyether polyol for rigid foam, it has good compatibility with foaming agents such as 141B/245fa. It is widely used in production in water heater, pipeline insulation, refrigerator, freezer, wood imitation for frames etc.

Continuous Sandwich Panel Blended Polyol
Polyurethane panel primarily consist of rigid foam as the core material, with both sides customizable for different composite materials. Classified by application, they include building insulation panels, industrial insulation panels, and decorative panels. Surface treatments encompass color-coated steel composite polyurethane panel, aluminum composite polyurethane panel, and stainless steel composite polyurethane panel. Shapes are categorized into flat panels and sandwich panels (e.g., corrugated panel). Production processes feature batch and continuous methods, with flame retardant ratings B1, B2, and B3 available as required. QHB-1201 is two components used Rigid Foam system formulatd with B2 flame retardant which is application for Continuous Curing Sandwich Panel. The foam produced has the characteristics as following: (1).Good Flatness (2).Strong Adhesion (3).Good Process Property.

Spray Applied Open-cell Blended Polyol
This product features rapid curing and excellent shrink resistance. When used with polymeric MDI, it adapts to various substrate shapes without requiring mold manufacturing costs. Whether dealing with flat surfaces, curved surfaces, or complex geometries, polyurethane spray molding ensures seamless surface adhesion through foam formation. It finds applications in building insulation, cold room thermal insulation, industrial pipeline and tank insulation, while open-cell polyurethane spraying enables sound absorption in construction, indoor air conditioning systems, and moisture-proofing solutions. QHS-2201 is a two-components, spray-applied ,formulated Water blown, open-cell polyurethane foam system with Low fire resistance properties. It applies to thermal insulation engineering and sound absorption. The foam can give us a quieter, more energy saving buildings.

Silicone Surfactant QHS 9050 (L6900)
QHS 9050 is a non-hydrolizable silicone copolymer that may be considered for use in the manufacture of rigid polyurethane foams. It is an excellent candidate for hydrocarbons blown polyurethane foams used in appliances and in the construction industry. However, the experience has demonstrated its suitability as general-purpose surfactant for other rigid foam applications and with different blowing agents.

Triethylenediamine (TEDA)
TEDA is high-purity triethylenediamine. It is a very strong polyurethane catalyst that can be used in a variety of polyurethane applications. TEDA is used in all types of polyurethane foams including flexible slabstock, flexible molded, rigid, semi-flexible and elastomeric. It is also used in polyurethane coatings applications. TEDA catalyst accelerates the reactions between the isocyanate and water, as well as between the isocyanate and organic hydroxyl groups.
